I didnt have anyone to help. My frind wasnt home and even if someone had been there I dont think I would have asked for help, I was too ashamed. It was very bad, I could have passed out from the pain. Do you think I damaged my rectal lining like the article says? I really dont want to go to the doctor and tell him what happened.
