Lost - Blue fabric Bag with black binder

I got out of a cab in a hurry last night, and left a bag in the cab - The driver actually went to the store I was going to - but I'd gone next door for a bite to eat, only noticing after I'd gotten my food - I rushed to the door, but it was too late.
