I used the airport taxi service at 3:50 am on 12 Dec 2017 from Toronto Pearson Airport. The driver dropped us at 9 Crescent Place around 4:45 in the morning. I was so tired that I forgot to pick the laptop bag from the back seat of the taxi. I paid the driver in cash and do not know the plate number. It was a soft grey colored laptop bag. I called the airport taxi service later and have been informed that as I did not have the prior reservation, they won't be able to help any further. Feeling sad.
