300 inmates moved from Dalhart Unit

Dalhart - This last week over 300 inmates were moved from the Dalhart Unit to other units in the state. The Dalhart Unit is one of many understaffed units in the state.
The unit stands to lose more staffing, when the Hilmar Cheese plant opens, creating 2,000 new jobs for the community of 7,300.
