Someone ANYONE HELP ME!

I am having a very serious problem with a inmate at one of the facilities and I need HELP to fix it. I have heard that this person is VERY close with gaurds so I can NOT call the unit itself and I NEED HELP trying to figure out WHO to contact to get this to stop, and avoid my name in it.. Its a very serious matter if ANYONE knows who I can contact PLEASE contact me back.. ASAP
