Here we have another great example of our TDC REACTION policies. There is nothing new. Unless you are a policy maker with no idea of our staff problems. It takes a bad officer and one of those (babies)( that we overpay babysitters oversee every day )to do something to a suit and tie ,for them to realize we have problems. Lowering the standars to hire officers is not the solution; IT IS THE PROBLEM!!!
