I did not know when i need to contact my unit, because i never were on parental before. And time i got letter from unit i was already discharge. I would like to come back to TDCJ and work. I had child care issue but it is resolve. If you rehire myself, i would like to change unit to livingston unit if all possible. Thank you for your time.

: In most cases if the investigation was
: completed you may be able to rehire with the
: state, unless a "do not retire"
: letter was placed in your file. If you quit
: pending investigation, the state can place a
: "do not rehire" letter in your
: file. Your best bet is to contact the TDCJ
: HR headquarters in Huntsville and make a
: request for a copy of your personnel file.
: Remember they have to disclose your file to
: you if a request is made in writing. Under
: the Texas Open Records Act they can charge
: you up to $0.10 per page for a copy.

: If you resign during eeo investigation, but
: still cooperated and wont get rehired. Are
: you permanently barred from employment with
: TDCJ? Is there a way to get rehired?
