: The Classification and records are in violation pursuant to Tex.code.crim.pro.art. 42.08 pertaining to inmate Gordon#1295640 plea agreement by refusing to claulate the specific time credit into his records. But they entered into the data base he is serving nine years before the present sentence has ceased.
The prison refuse to enforce the Judgment for time serve and time credit on this inmate.
