I was unable to answer e-mails and post on the message boards because of the internet at the hotel. Marbles even had to type the reports for the days updates @ Martinsville, save them to his lap-top and drive to a place down the road from the hotel that had Wi-Fi to upload to this site every night...lol.
What a great group of people TED is working with at HT Motorsports in Martinsville. These guys really know their stuff and give it their all. Just a friendly great group of guys all working together to get that first win with TED.
TED and all the crew worked very hard for the Martinsville race. They put alot of sweat and blood into Fridays practice. For instance, one of the crew members took one for the team during practice when the hood of the #59 ASE/HT Motorsports Toyota Tundra lifted up into his mouth giving him a bloody lip during a quick pit adjustment. (By the way, DV's eye is healing well from his mishap in the pits with the pit sign pole @ Atlanta.)
TED wore a new drivers suit for the Martinsville race. It's very sponsor friendly and looks nice on TED. (Now we need to work on getting some T-shirts made for sale by the sponsors for the TED fans to purchase. Yes TED fans, there are NO new TED T-shirts this season. HINT-HINT-HINT)

"Magic Man" Milt-waukee is back as TED's spotter. Glad he's back as TED's eye-in-the-sky.
Sure was a cold wet weekend to try to win a race. Even TED made the comment that he felt like he was racing snow mobiles...lol. All-in-all the team learned alot from the Martinsville race to take to the next truck race @ Kansas.
