We got the memo too....
It's a spark plug. (They will be able to tell if it is just the plug or the motor by the color of the faulty plug. I'm sure the team checked this out after TED took his qualifying laps and shut the truck down to coast back off the track to the garage area.)
TED likes this track, knows the tricks to drive this track and the speed numbers are right up there for qualifying 175.126 up from final practice speed of 172.227. 1st practice TED was 176.137.
The pole setter (Marks) went from 171.849 to 176.951. (Bet he was using TED's notes from last year or borrowed TED's original spark plug.) 
...lol. Just alittle humor. My bad.
TED is positive. We need to be too.
