I have a question on the penelties handed out by NASCAR for pit road violations. Maybe Don can answer this --
I notice on the penelty report from MKE that the 59 had 3 "Pitting before Pit Road is Open" penelties. The first time it was a pass through penelty and the next 2 times it was tail end of the longest line. Why did the penelty change when the violation was the same? Thnx
