The article is on Lonny Dubay. There is a paragraph in the article that mentions Roush Racing recruiting him to fabricate Winston Cup Thunderbirds for Ted Musgrave and Mark Martin in 1993. Mr. Dubay is very talented in restoration and fabrication as the article so states. He is not TEDs alias.
