The 12U Franklin Spiders will be hosting tryouts for their 2010 season on Saturday, August 29 from 1:30 PM-4:30 PM at Liberty Park in Franklin, TN and then again on Sunday, August 30 from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM at Liberty Park. Our objective is to have our team selected prior to the end of fall so we can raise money prior to the holidays and begin indoor practices in early January 2010. We will conclude our season with a trip to Cooperstown, NY in July. In between, we will enter elite tournaments in several states including Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Ohio. In addition, we will once again host the FBC Memorial Day Tournament at Liberty Park in Franklin, TN, a tournament that has drawn teams from all over the southeastern United States over the last three years. We are looking for multiple experienced travel players to fill out our roster. Interested players cannot turn 13 prior to May 1, 2010.
