It sounds like a transducer problem to me as well. One way to be able to tell if the transducer is working is when you have the transducer cable plugged into the back of the unit and the unit is on, you should be able to feel or hear the "ticking" on the puck. If you dont feel or hear that it is definetely the transducer. If you are in the Austin area, a good resource to fix any issues you have would be Jacky Roberts, he does work for the TOZ team and he is great. Goodluck
