Hit LA on Christmas A.M. It was COLD but no wind made it manageable. I am trying to get better at drop shotting so I only brought 2 rods w/ that tied on. End up w/ 12. Two fours, 5 14-15 "ers, and the rest dinks. Broke one off w/ 8lb test next to a dock but never saw her, could have been a 1 lber I guess. All on the Grande Bass 6' Squirm worm and baby rattlesnake. Colors:
Trophy Hunter, Mineoloa Falls, and Green Pumpkin/Wat. I couldnt get bit on Wat Red for some reason?? Left at 11:30 and only saw one other boat.
