I Field Tested the H20 reels this weekend. I fished with both the "Manic" (a 6 ball bearing version) and the "Method" (a 10 ball bearing version). My lineup consist of reels all over the price of $150 so I was a little skeptical due to the H20 prices. After fishing with them for 2 full days I only have positive things to say about both of them. Both reels were lightweight, smooth, quiet, and both drag systems worked great (got into some hybrids and bass in the 4lb range to test that).
I threw a crankbait on the "Manic", which is a 6.3:1 gear ratio, and a Tx rig on the "Method" ,also a 6.3:1 gear ratio, just about all day w/ no backlashes straight out of the box. This includes skipping docks and throwing into the wind (Saturday).
I'll be adding these to the rotation for the upcoming tourney season so if you want to see them or test them just stop me at the weigh in.
