Okay so this is how we will raise some immediate money. At the Georgia game we will walk around the fairgrounds in Carolina rugby jerseys. We will have bucket-thingies << Holly has some. We will be asking for donations to our club. We will meet Fuzzy somewhere to get the jerseys and to give them back right after.
Also VERY IMPORTANT>>>>> If you have a job... ask your boss to sponsor us by donating money. If it is a food place here are some suggestions:
Tell them that they will be supporting the Carolina Women's Rugby team.
Tell them we will eat there as a team.
Tell them we will bring other teams there.
Tell them we are non-profit so it is all tax deductible.
Tell them you'll have their babies... no but seriously...
Okay and if they ask what it will go towards... tell them it will help us with traveling fees aka pay for hotels, t-shirts, but MOST IMPORTANTLY all the registration stuff and tournaments.
Rugby costs money and as students we don't have enough to cover it ourselves. Just remember the more we raise the less we all have to pay.
Oh and dues are $70 or else you must CIPP yourself. If you have any questions let me know.
