Alright guys, this is coming up sooner than you think!! If you would like to be on the committee to plan it, there will be a meeting on Friday to get going. Let me know what times are best for you guys and we will choose from there. I was thinking that we would have about 5 in the main planning committee and then as the event got closer we would be asking for some more girls to accomplish a few of the specific tasks. Officers, I would like to see you there for our first meeting even if you won't be able to head an aspect of the planning. So let me know who is interested and when you're available! I was thinking mid afternoon myself!
