This is the response I got from the woman in charge of volunteers, what do you think??

Hi Kelsey! I don’t handle the beer truck volunteers and I’m not sure who does, but I do handle all the other volunteers for the festival. If your group is interested in volunteering with the festival we could use some help with the run. Your group would receive a percentage of the proceeds of the festival. Your shift would start at 6:30am and you would be finished at 10:30am. Let me know if you’re interested!

I know it's early, but that would give us the entire day to do our thing and not gonna lie it would be way easier for me!
