They are showing highlights from the World Rugby 7's tourney that is held in Cali on ABC at 5pm today. It's an hour and it shows highlights and stuff like that! Don't forget to watch!!

PS on a side note...
Our team does not trash talk during a game. The only people who should be talking are the captains or the scrumhalf( like Sharkey and Sam and our Coaches have said). We do not yell at each other. The only words coming out of your mouth if you are in the game and not one of those three should be you calling for the ball, telling someone your with them, or telling someone to go to ground.We let out playing do the talking.
We also play a clean game. No other shit. I didn't personally see anything dirty and I apologize if no one did anything dirty but according to one of the GT girls who was on their sidelines she did. I hope she was just bsing. Just in case know that it's not an option.
Other than that great game. It was a tough one. We played their game way to much and they had us unsettled. I want you all to know that I'm proud of how tough and hard everyone played.
Oh and in case by now you've forgotten due to my ramblings ABC at 5pm World Sevens!!!
