the wv teams that come down to play in the best of the west are true e team look at thire records.from the past.but nc.teams like lowery's insurance. piedmont maintenance.thay dont need to be in e.thay are a true d,c team. now iam from wv and i know of one team that should not be in e.thay are a true d,c team.teames name was vintage lanes now thay are- dad and me thay were d state champs last year so watch for these teams....
