You had to be there to believe it. The best players from Southeast Virginia were mixed matched on 9 teams in this 4GG Open Roster Tournament. Players from Cajo, Crusaders, Youth Challenge, Nelson International, Crossroads and many others combined to make Allstar Studded teams you would not believe it if you saw it. The upset of the year took place in the top flight where Spitten Seedz a Navy Team to out the Crusaders in 6 innings to take first in the top Flight. In the lower flight Homeguard beat 7 Cities/Greenscene for first place.
There will be a couple of more tournamrnts like this here in Tidewater and I invite all teams from central and western Virginia to come and enjoy this pressure free allstar format. It is Fall tournament time where anything goes. So E-Mail Jim Damian at JDSmacks@aol.com for upcoming events
