Dear Jack-
What a wonderful message to read about my old man. Tomorrow, March 27th, we celelbrate his wife's--my mother's--birthday.
In a year of firsts for our family, it is a comfort to know that my father is watching down on us all.
Our faith in the afterlife keeps us going. For it won't be too long before we're all having shots of wiskey together again.
Thank you for being such a true friend to him.
