Took some pics this past week of some of the Yuccas and cacti. Random mix! P. simpsonii getting ready to bloom: Escobaria organensis looks good after -29C: Agave parryi var. couesii finally pulled a spear! Just a little too cold/wet for Sclerocactus spinosoir. This guy bloomed after last winter, now it's dead! Butchered Yucca recurvfolia. I chopped the damaged leaves off 2 weeks ago then the spear pulled! Yucca nana went from green, to yellow-green to spear pull over 2 weeks: Someone forgto to tell these Yucca elatas that this is not zone 6: Yucca harrimaniae made it until its 4th year. It never grew very well...
Tim's Yucca recurv. x filata seedlings... The first one has narrower leaves and retained mostly green leaves; the second had more leaf damage and wider leaves. Interesting plants. Hopefully they put on some size this season:
