Jim, are you all experiencing the same wet, cool spring we're having here? If so, your yucca is just stuck due to all the damp coolness; let it be for a while and see what happens. Is it soft at the base of where the leaves emerge? I would just let it go.
About your aloifoila hybrid, how do you know it has aloifolia in it? It looks to me more like a hybrid with a recurvifolia due to the curving leaves. I would think anything with aloifolia in it would have more rigid leaves. Whatever it is, it looks happy and healthy. Good luck wioth it.
