exactly...no arguement there. I know the mother plant was aloifolia..and looked 100% like aloifolia, but who knows what intermingling went on in the past with this plants parents! :)

I really don't know what to call it.... and I really don't know for sure if it was crossed with filamentosa.......so far the term Tim used aloifolia x seems the best.

I wish I had a recurv growing next to it for comparison.....they look nothing like each other.

I am giving one to Mike Niagara. With his more extensive background, maybe he can shed more light on it than I can, in time.

The hardiness factor puzzles me as well...oh well
