Hello all Yucca friends.

I have the first blooming Jensen Yucca hybrid # 1827 (filamentosa garden form x glauca) in bloom right now.

The first flowers were quite large, those which open later is a little smaller, but they still look big while they during the evening and night they are almost fully open.

I have tried polinating it with it's own pollen, and I now have at least one fruit growing. Yesterday evening I did pollinate it with other Yuccas which have started blooming in our garden, more news will follw as I know something.

Next year, I think that there will be many more of my hybrids in bloom, I can hardly wait :-)
