I don't mind the blooms myself. I never have more then one bloom in a season, but when I do I'll be making a lot of hybrids... Looking to make hardy (i.e. to -30C), large groing Yucca. Maybe i'll try for a tendency NOT to multi-head after bloom!

Rob- Glad tohead about the size of your elata. Mine are slowly gaining girth, and I expect them to start trunking in the next couple years!
