Hey David,
That's exactly what I had it pinpointed to, until I sent the picture I posted to the nursery I was going to buy one from and they said that's not an Agave it's a Yucca. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that if it is Agave stricta var. nana that an Agave could grow a trunk or Caudex like this. I realize this is obviously in Bonsai form but still how many years would that take. Probably more than I have left.
