

Posted by ASI on 1/18/2007, 2:43 pm Resolutions will be easy to keep this year with Campus Rec’s six-week Boot Camp program! The program incorporates cardio conditioning, strength and circuit training and stretching to help get you the look you want for summer. Boot Camp monitors success with free pre- and post-training fitness testing. Sessions will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. from January 29 to March 7. Registration is $30. In addition, Campus Rec’s Second Annual SUPER BOWLing TOURNAMENT will be held at the Oak Tree Lanes Bowling Center in Diamond Bar on Febuaury 1 from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. Exclusive prizes will be awarded to the winning team of four! Registration is $30 per team. Sign up for both events in the Bronco Fitness Center, located in the BSC (Bldg. 35-1611) by January 26. For more information, call Campus Rec at (909) 869-2109.
