Last year we kicked off our first annual Bronco 5k Fun Run where over 200 people met at the University Park to enjoy a live DJ performance, eat snacks, participate in a costume contest, receive prizes and begin their journey to a healthier lifestyle by running a 5k trail around our beautiful campus! The Bronco 5K Fun Run is a campus course race aimed to bring the CPP Community together, promote fitness, fun, and relieve stress. The Fun Run is open to anyone at any degree of fitness. Whether they are a first time 5K runner/walker or a competitive runner; all are welcome. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers along with contests and opportunity drawings. This will be the second time an event like this will be occurring on our campus. This is a great opportunity for the Cal Poly community to come out and enjoy their Saturday morning while getting great exercise and breaking the routine of coming to school just to learn.
