I've been thinking about trying out gambling

I've been thinking about trying out gambling, but to be honest, I'm pretty nervous about it. My biggest fear is getting too caught up in it or losing more money than I can afford. I know gambling can be fun for a lot of people, but how do you deal with the potential risks, like developing a gambling problem or falling into financial difficulties? What are the warning signs that you might be playing too much, and how do you set boundaries to make sure gambling stays a form of entertainment and not something harmful? Also, how do you manage the emotional side of things? For example, handling the stress of losing or the excitement of winning without letting it affect your decisions or push you into bad habits? I’d really appreciate any advice from those who have experience, especially on how to approach gambling in a healthy and responsible way while still enjoying the games. What strategies have worked for you to keep it fun and avoid the potential downsides?
