Hey guys, I’ve been trying to improve our procurement process, but we’re facing a lot of challenges. Our teams are constantly over or under-ordering supplies, which leads to wasted budget and delays. We’ve been relying on manual tracking for too long, and it’s become a real headache. I’ve heard AI could help with automating some of this stuff, but I’m not sure if it’s the right move.
