Hi everyone, glad to join the discussion here 🙂 I’ve been spending more time thinking about how to practice trading without the constant emotional swings. Recently I heard about platforms that run evaluation challenges using simulated markets only, but with clear rules, limits, and performance tracking. On paper it sounds useful, yet I’m unsure how it feels in real use. Does it actually encourage better habits over time, or does the lack of real money reduce seriousness? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has given this kind of setup a fair try.
