Considering a small seaside ceremony in Batumi — how realistic is it for couples coming from abroad?

Planning a wedding outside the usual destinations has been on the mind lately, and Georgia keeps popping up in discussions. The coastal city of Batumi looks especially interesting because it seems to mix sea views, modern architecture, and that old European charm. Still, organizing something like this from another country sounds complicated: paperwork, local vendors, language issues, timing, etc. Has anyone here actually explored the process of arranging a ceremony there? Curious about how much of it can realistically be coordinated remotely and whether local planners really handle the details or if couples end up managing most things themselves.
