When the Plan Stops Leading

I’ve noticed that in longer betting sessions, discipline doesn’t usually break in one moment—it slowly fades. You start with clear rules and intentions, but after a few swings your decisions become more reactive than planned. In a casino setting, that shift feels even more pronounced because of the pace and constant stimulation. It makes me wonder how often people realize they’ve already stopped following their strategy before the session even feels out of control.
