In 1949, when Oudia was pregnant with Tim, Oudia hand knitted a blue shawl to give to my Mom as a baby gift for me. I was born on December 31 And Tim was born on January 31, 1950, exactly one month apart. I still have this shawl which is now over 70 years old. Oudia was indeed a sweet, gentle and very talented Southern lady.
