Only the servicemen and women that their families turned in pictures and information were put in the booklet. I'm not sure but there may have been a fee to have your family member included. None of my father's family is included either and all 6 of the Askin boys and 2 son-in-law's were in the war. Money was short and times hard for a country family, even a small fee for 6 sons would have been more than they could have afforded.
