Thanks Lu Ann. I miss him more than I thought I would; we had, unfortunately, a pretty adversarial relationship...primarily my doing. Yes, he talked to customers and would bend over backward to please them. I worked in the store until I left for college and worked some even then. He gave me a good work ethic which I've always been grateful for.
