Elaine Noblin passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Elaine died at her daughter’s home in New Jersey. She was stricken with a severe case of sepsis from which she could not recover. Elaine was the daughter of the late Floyd & Ruth Noblin of Forest. The Noblin’s lived on Broad Street across from the late Arno & Ethel Mills. Elaine was 82 years old. Funeral arrangements are unknown at this time.
