I was in high school ( Petal, MS) when Dalton was at MS Southern College( Now University of SotheMS)

We played trumpet together at Southern and with the 313th Army Reserve Band.
I have a picture of the 313th while on tour in MS.
Dalton married a Dixie Darling, Vi Tarrah. Dixie Darlings, a rel own college dance group.
Jimmy Mullins played Clarinet with Dalton on occasion.
