I rode the school bus with several of those kids - Roger, Carolyn, Tressie, and Carlton. They were a great family who looked out for each other. The older kids made sure that the younger ones had what they needed. One thing that I will always remember is attending their mom's funeral at Liberty Baptist Church on Christmas day!
