Special, Special

The City of Forest had a special gathering yesterday because:
1) A City is special because it has special people.
2) Kaye’s invocation was special
3) Mayor Chambers remarks were special and showed her love for her hometown
4) Former FHS students stopped by to tell me how how much they admired the accomplishments of the Band. It was special because some of those had not been members of the Band.
5) An especially special moment for me was when students brought the FHS Band’s record jackets for me to sign. Be assured that I signed on behalf of myself as well as all of you former members.
