Condolences to David Singleton...

Just learned that his wife died July 17. David has been a loyal Bearcat and has many Forest friends. He lives in Hattiesburg now. David, please know that we send you our deepest condolences and hope that you can take comfort knowing that you have many prayers coming your way.

David, I am so sorry to hear of your loose. I sympathize with you and pray for you and the girls. Losing the love of your life is so hard but with God's help it will get better in time. I think of you often and the great times we had growing up.

Thanks, Eugenia. I know you know from experience, since the loss of Les. As do you, I enjoy thinking back on the times at FHS and the Methodist church youth.

Kaye, Glenda and Jimmy, thank you for your kindness. Karen and I were married 55 years, and, of course, I am missing her greatly. The joy is in knowing she now sees Him face to face! The wonderful comments folks have shared about her influence in their lives are so encouraging to her family. Though Karen was not a Bearcat, she loved this Bearcat for a lifetime and was the love of his life.

Karen and I were in the choir together at Belhaven and she was a lovely lady with a lovely voice. I am shocked to read of her passing. Please accept my condolences.

What a beautiful tribute, David. Please know that your Bearcat Buddies are surrounding you with a virtual hug. Your comments and contributions to our memories over the years have meant a lot to all of us. I wish I had had a chance to get to know Karen. As the love of your life, I know she must have been special. Stay in touch. You are in our hearts.
