Bob, some great points and I do think we need a bit of a transition period without throwing it all at everyone without any notice. I think it can be done in a much timelier manner than 5 years but I think 6 months to a year should be plenty for more people. One thing we will not be getting are views from those that do not have a computer. It is the minority but I think a printed version as we did in the past will work out just fine until we can get them up to speed on a pdf file. I really like the idea of opting in now for a PDF version in email. I would maybe suggest that an email gets sent out to everyone and if they are comfortable with the idea, they would opt in for the color email, the rest could have address labels made up and sent a printed copy. I really like some of the ideas being presented on this subject.
