I was a vendor at a depression glass show and one of the dealers had some nice Hazel Atlas glasses, some Wyatt Earp, Historical Americans, and lots and lots (amazing) of Gulliver's Travels, which I bought every one that was not faded. Sadly about a third of them were faded, but quite a few were decent. I also bought 2 of the Gulliver's Travels bowls, both were the flared kind, and one had ALL of the characters on it - did not have that version in my collection so that was a treat.
Sold a lot of depression glass and pottery, but only took for sale about 4 or 5 glasses, a couple sports and a couple frosted glasses, some lookers but no buyers. just not the right place to sell that kind of item.
The fun part of the weekend was coming back to the motel on Sat night and finding out the housekeeping had thrown away into the trash all of my clothes, books, phone cord and food that I had in a couple big plastic bags (because suitcase would not fit into well packed truck ) and once that was figured out on Sun AM I went dumptser diving to retrieve my stuff.
