If you had problems with the access info for CGN that was just sent - review the email and make sure you get the indicated USER ID and PASSWORD entered correct - The password info was listed first, but correctly listed as PASSWORD and the user ID was listed second, but correctly as USER ID - this is perhaps not standard and may have been confusing. As always I am slowly learning what to avoid with this electronic method for CGN. So I apologize for any confusion. I have emailed the 3 people that let me know that they were not able to access the CGN. I think the info is correct, as Mike and I can access OK. Sometimes you have to clear your browser first before you do a new USER ID and PASSWORD combination.
