A while back I was fortunate enough to purchase a nice collection of glasses that included quite a few very rare one-sided photo glasses.

A friend of mine was even luckier to actually run across one at a flea market. He called me and asked about a glass with the Road Runner image only on one side. As he described it I knew exactly what he had.

he is interested in selling it. He'd rather have the money to add other glasses to his collection. I already have one, or I would have bought it for myself.

I saw it in person today. The glass isn't perfect. There is a loss of gloss, and some scratching along the top. But it is definitely a photo glass with no logo, no copyright, and no image on the back side of the glass.

He'd be more than thrilled to get $500 for it. Even though it isn't perfect, I think it's a really good price. I have sold a few of the ones I picked up, so I know they can (and do) go for more than double that amount.
