Mary, the annual meeting night is Saturday night, with pizza party and silent auction at 6PM and business meeting for the club at 7:30 PM. This will be at the hotel, in their breakfast room area. The info below is from the club meetings page. I will put this on the main page of the web site also.

May Annual meeting in Columbus, Ohio The PGCA - Promotional Glass Collector's Association will be having the annual club meeting on Friday May 20th and Saturday May 21st, 2016. Again, the host hotel will be the Best Western at 1133 Evans Way in Columbus. Their phone number is 614 870-2378. They have set aside a block of rooms for PGCA club members. Please mention that you are PGCA members when making your reservation. This hotel is very popular and is almost sold out of rooms for this weekend except for the block of rooms we have reserved for our club. You may also like to arrive on Thursday to take advantage of seeing all the Antique Shops in the area and for early room hopping at the hotel. There is a large Springfield Extravaganza Flea Market on Friday/Sat/Sun that weekend at the fairgrounds in Springfield, Ohio. At the Best Western there will be room hopping on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as a get together around 6-7PM on Friday evening and on Saturday evening a pizza party and silent auction around 6PM and club annual business meeting at 7PM on Saturday May 21, 2016. The pizza dinner on Saturday night has become a sort of pot luck dinner. While we do order in pizza (it is really good) we also put out any food members would like to share. Many members like to bring desserts, however we could also use any kind of snacks: chips & dip or veggie platter.
