I don't have a value for the glass, it might have been sold in an auction a long time ago, either by the original Collector Glass News editors or a more recent auction. It is a rare glass, is a sample or prototype glass, from what I understand. The 3rd edition of the Tomart's Price Guide to Character and Promotional Glasses has,on page 144, for Howdy Doody Series, Pepsi - The following glasses were made as prototypes and never made it into production. - the ref book lists 6 characters, including Howdy Doody. No pricing shown.
